RIFT combines an interactive swap simulator with a separate feed of actual public Solana network observations.
The simulator
The terminal starts with a virtual portfolio. Choose a token pair, enter an amount, compare the routes and inspect the review. Confirming runs a local simulation and changes the virtual portfolio.
No wallet connection is needed. The simulator does not request a private key, recovery phrase or real payment. Its operation references are local simulation records, not blockchain transaction signatures.
Quotes and routes
Quotes use a documented set of fixed fixture rates and routing rules. They illustrate how an amount, path and fee can affect a trade ticket. They are not current market prices or executable exchange quotes.
The paths are model routes for the demo. Selecting one changes the comparison, route diagram and trade review. Slippage is a simulation setting rather than a promise of an available real-world fill.
Compare a pair in the terminalReview and simulate
The review shows the selected input, output and route before the simulation starts. Review, confirmation and completion are distinct steps. The app checks the virtual balance and input again when applying the result.
The visual stages describe local progress. A completed simulated swap updates the local portfolio and adds a history entry. It does not submit a transaction to Solana.
Portfolio and history
Your virtual balances and completed simulated operations are saved in this browser. Reloading can restore the same demo session. Open a history entry to inspect its pair, amounts and route.
Export saves a local session record for inspection. Reset returns the simulator to its starting state and clears the current local history. It has no effect on any real wallet.
Live network feed
The network panel reads actual public information from Solana mainnet RPC providers. It verifies the network genesis before displaying an observed slot. Each observation includes its source and time.
The primary endpoint is api.mainnet-beta.solana.com, with solana-rpc.publicnode.com as a fallback. The panel can also show a recent performance sample when that method is available. A sample describes the network observation period; it is separate from RIFT's simulated swaps.
Updates depend on connection and provider availability. If requests fail, the panel shows stale or unavailable status instead of creating replacement data. It pauses while the page is hidden and resumes when visible.
Opening the site may send ordinary connection information to its host. A direct RPC request also exposes the browser connection to that provider. No wallet address is needed for these network observations.

The demo stores its own virtual session in browser storage. Storage is specific to this site and browser profile. Clearing site data removes that local record.
RIFT does not need account registration, deposits or a real token purchase to use the simulator. No RIFT token contract address is assigned to this project.
